2025 Charter School Leadership Cohort

This tuition-free professional development program will offer six sessions of critically important topics that will help both aspiring and current school leaders acquire the skills and expertise necessary to lead successful charter schools. Each session will focus on a specific and relevant topic presented by top performing charter school leaders with over twenty-five years of practical experience. Each training will consist of interactive, tabletop-style exercises that coincide with that session’s curriculum so that each participant can actively engage in the content with the goal to demonstrate mastery of each topic in a real-time activity based on actual events at charter schools.
The sessions themselves are non-sequential so there is not a requirement to attend all six sessions
in order to benefit from the program. Domains for each session will include:

● Educational Finance
● Governance and Compliance
● Academic Achievement

● Human Resources
● Marketing/Community Outreach
● School Safety

While this is a free service offered by our firm, in order to benefit fully from this 6-session leadership training, all candidates must meet the following criteria:
1. Possess a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership (or equivalent) or be otherwise actively enrolled in a Master’s degree program in Educational Leadership (or equivalent).

2. Must be otherwise fully licensed/certified as an educator and currently working in a school.

3. Must have a recommendation from a current or former direct supervisor.

Applications for candidates will close on December 13th, 2024, and the workshops will begin in January 2025. All sessions will be held via ZOOM and participants will collectively select meeting dates and times. A complete listing of all Domains and various Topics are below.
